PARADE
As you review the schedules, remember that PARADE TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE. This parade includes various other floats and entries. Fluctuation in times may occur. Equestrian entries are AFTER all bands. Please Click Here to for parade judge locations. There will be festival volunteers in place to signify the judge’s position. For those of you returning, the judges will be in the same places as last year. There is construction taking place on the NCMC campus. This should not restrict your marching formation, however, there will be no penalty assessed should you need to adjust while navigating the area.
INDOOR GUARD/INDOOR PERCUSSION
Please use the school corridor to move groups from the warm-up gym to the performance gym. For those of you who are unfamiliar, we will provide you with a liaison from point A to point B. Entrance and exit doors will remain the same as in the past. You are not required to march in or march out of the gym. You are only scored on the performance.
FIELD SHOW COMPETITION
No logistical changes. The practice field and stadium performance area are the same. There may be a percussion judge on the field. We offer each judge the option of being in the press box or at ground level. Mark Ishman (field percussion judge) tends to be on the field at most competitions.

INVOICES
You should have received an invoice for the festival. Please get that to your administration at your earliest convenience.
MDMF SHIRTS
There will be a vendor on-site selling 2024 MDMF shirts/hoodies. You will receive an email regarding a pre-order option. You will also have the option of ordering and purchasing the day of the festival.
